We have recently received the attached Clarification Notice from the B-BBEE ICT Sector Council which states that the target indicators 2.1.1.2 and 2.1.3 should follow the Annexures and Definitions contained in the DTI Codes, including the provisions of GN38765 of 06 May 2015, which deals with the application of EAP-based targets on the Skills Development element. BEE Trax has therefore been updated accordingly to NOT apply EAP’s to these 2 indicators in the Generic ICT scorecard.
